We Take On Your Child’s Case Like It’s Our Own
Best for:
Families who are done carrying it all alone and are ready for white-glove, concierge-level IEP advocacy — someone in their corner who treats their child’s case with the same urgency and care as their own, thinking three steps ahead so you don’t have to.
About
If you’ve been the one tracking every email, re-reading every evaluation, showing up to every meeting hoping nothing slips through — you already know how exhausting it is to hold all of this together on top of everything else. Most parents are doing the work of a case manager, a paralegal, and a therapist, all while just trying to be a parent.
The Full-Service Membership exists to take that weight off your shoulders entirely. We step in as your dedicated IEP concierge — handling the tracking, the paperwork, the coordination, and the follow-through, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing lives only in your head. You stay in charge of every decision. We carry the rest.
What’s Included:
- Dedicated Long-Term Advocate Relationship: Matched with a highly trained advocate who builds a strategy around your child’s entire IEP journey — not just the next meeting.
- Full Accountability: Your advocate is CC’d on all district emails from day one — the district knows someone is paying attention and will follow up.
- Meeting Management: We attend and audio-record every IEP meeting, securing an official record of everything said, promised, and agreed to.
- Tracking & Review: Every ask, every commitment, every deadline tracked in writing. Every document reviewed before you sign. Because if it isn’t documented, it doesn’t exist.
- Simplified Understanding: We translate legal jargon, evaluation results, and district responses into plain language — so your decisions are truly informed.
- Complete Logistical Support: Scheduling, prep, and meeting coordination handled for you — nothing falls through the cracks in the lead-up.
- File Organization: Your child’s file stays organized, documented, and lawyer-ready at all times — for a new school, a new provider, or whatever comes next.
- Year-Round Availability: Quick responses, flexible hours, and support available year-round — including summer and school breaks.
- Empowerment: We teach you how to build and protect your own paper trail, so you walk away a more capable advocate for your child.
Drop-In Advocacy
Expert Guidance, Exactly When You Need It
Best for:
Parents who are confident navigating the IEP process themselves and want experienced, expert guidance for a specific question, document, or decision — without an ongoing commitment.
About
You’ve been doing the research, attending the meetings, and advocating for your child on your own — and you’re good at it. But sometimes you hit a document that doesn’t feel right, a question you can’t fully answer, or a decision that’s too important to make without a second opinion. That’s exactly what Drop-In Advocacy is for.
This isn’t about handing anything over. You carry the workload of your child’s case from start to finish.
We step in for exactly what you need — sharp, experienced eyes on a specific document or question — so you can move forward with confidence.
What’s Included:
- One-on-One Advocate Time: Direct access to a trained special education advocate, on your schedule, for exactly the issue at hand.
- Document Review & Second Opinions: We review IEP documents, evaluation reports, or anything you’re about to sign — so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
- Targeted Advice: Specific guidance on IEP and 504 Plan questions, strategies, and next moves — no fluff, no filler, no detours.
- You Stay in the Driver’s Seat: You monitor your child’s case and call on us when you want support. We give you the insight; you make the call and handle the tasks and paperwork.
- No Long-Term Commitment: Use it once, or come back whenever the next challenge comes up. Flexible support on your timeline.
We will always be upfront with you: sometimes what feels like one question actually requires more context to answer responsibly. If that’s the case, we’ll tell you — because giving you incomplete guidance isn’t something we’re willing to do.
Can't Wait 10 Days? We've Got You.
Urgent Situations Call for Urgent Support
Best for:
Families with an IEP meeting, due process hearing, or urgent decision coming up fast — who can’t afford to wait for standard onboarding and need an experienced advocate in their corner now.
About
Normal onboarding takes about 10 days — that’s how long it takes to do it right. We review your child’s history, get up to speed on where things stand, and make sure we’re walking into your corner fully prepared.
But sometimes an IEP meeting lands on your calendar before you’re ready. Maybe you just found out about it. Maybe the situation escalated overnight. Whatever the reason — if you need us sooner, we can move faster.
Rush onboarding is available for both the Full-Service Membership and Drop-In Advocacy. The first set of hours reflects the intensive, hands-on work of getting fully up to speed quickly — so that when you walk into that meeting, you’re not walking in alone.
Reach out as soon as you know you need help. The sooner we hear from you, the more we can do.
Questions We Hear All the Time
Straight answers — no jargon, no runaround.
What's the real difference between Full-Service and Drop-In?
With Full-Service, we're your trusted guide through the entire process — on every email, at every meeting, tracking every deadline, and making sure you understand every option so you can make the best decisions for your child.
With Drop-In, you come to us when you want a professional opinion on a document, a strategy question, or a second set of eyes.
Both are valuable — it just depends on how much guidance you need.
What makes Emergency Services different from just booking a Drop-In?
Speed. Emergency Services is about fast-tracking the onboarding process when you're facing an urgent meeting, deadline, or crisis.
Whether you need to jump into a Full-Service Membership quickly or get immediate Drop-In guidance, we rush the process so we can support you now — not next week.
Does the district really care that an advocate is on the emails?
Absolutely. When the district sees a professional advocate cc'd on communication, it changes the tone and the follow-through. They know someone is watching, tracking, and will hold them accountable. That visibility alone is one of the most powerful things we provide.
What if I start with Drop-In and realize I need more support?
That happens all the time, and it's completely fine. You can move into a Full-Service Membership whenever you're ready.
If it's urgent, we can use Emergency Services to fast-track you in. We'll never pressure you — we'll just make sure the option is there.
How does billing work?
We're upfront and transparent about our fees. During your free consultation, we'll walk you through exactly how pricing works for the service level that fits your family.
Every family's situation is different, so we want to make sure you understand what to expect before you commit to anything.
Do you keep our records organized?
For Full-Service members, absolutely. We keep your child's file organized, documented, and ready to share — whether that's with a new provider, a lawyer, or another member of your team. If something ever escalates, your records are already in order. That peace of mind is part of what we do.
Can you help over the summer or during school breaks?
Yes — for Full-Service members, we're available year-round, including summer and school breaks.
A lot of important planning, evaluations, and transitions happen outside the school year, and we don't want anything falling through the cracks during that time.
